During our initial discovery call, we speak about your goals and find out things we're doing good and not so good, then we can work out what approach would be the best to help you reach those goals whilst still suiting your lifestyle.
Then from there we'll work out a start date and I'll get you onboarded into my coaching system right after the call with my easy to follow welcome guide so you get the best start possible.

-Ability to send me videos of your lifts to review for feedback
-Nutrition plan: You get the option of a set meal plan OR tracking calories and macros to fit my targets where I can see the foods you log as my app will sync with yours so I can guide you
-Progress tracking: weigh ins, photos, weight lifted, steps and more all inside the app with progress markers you can see so we don't guess results, we guarantee them!
-Unlimited messaging directly to me to solve all your questions and needs and I'll be messaging you to tell you things I think you need to work on or for extra accountability
-Weekly check in's: whether its a call or video screen share we decide what's appropriate each week
-The Powerbuilding Project Course: Filled with learning material that I can't put in the training or nutrition plan which helps you become advanced and accelerate results

You will be working with me directly! You won't be palmed off to another coach like other coaching models. I do everything myself and will be with you every step of the way.
NO! So many guys want to hit a certain level before coaching but the truth is that you probably have flaws in your lifts anyway so there's no point waiting to hit a certain number, you're better off fixing things now and getting faster results long term.
Coaching is completely 1 on 1 and your plan is personalised to what you need for results. Nutrition plan is made based on your needs, program made for your goals and schedule, personalised check ins, messaging me directly and plenty more.
I give the option of either following a meal plan OR following a flexible dieting plan where you track to hit the targets I set. Both work for different people and situations so I'm happy to do whatever you feel works best for you and gets you the best results.
Yes from novices to advanced! I've helped people do their first ever novice comp to even helping someone break a national record.
It all depends on the result you're after:
Fat loss: Within the first 2 weeks you will see a drop on the scales then around 4-6 weeks you can visually notice and feel the change
Muscle gain: In the first 8-12 weeks you'll gain some muscle depending on how advanced you are
Technique improvements: Usually by towards the end of the first phase of training (6-8weeks) you'll see huge technique improvements
Strength gain: Within a few weeks you will see strength climbing on accessories. On Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, this will be based on how well you pick up the new technical changes and are given the green light by your coach to start pushing higher intensities.
24 weeks as a minimum. This ensures you have enough time for all the technique changes required as well as time to build muscle/drop fat or both to get amazing results. After the 24 weeks then you can choose to stay on if you have enjoyed your experience for as little or as long as you want. I have clients who have stayed on for years because they're loving the continual results.

No. Whilst your traditional 'online coach' these days will be in Bali sending you a cookie cutter program to follow with some macros whilst maybe doing a check in every couple weeks or so, this is very different.
At The Powerbuilding Project you actually get coached. Program and nutrition made for you but with proper support where I'll be telling you what lifts I want to see, making sure you to check in and reminding you to do tasks, solving problems that come up along the way and I'll be on your back getting you to make improvements because I genuinely want you to actually get results.
ChatGPT pulls info from what it finds on the internet which is generic one size fits all programs.
When it comes to lifts and getting stronger, a generic program you follow isn't going to solve your technique issues and tell you your weak points that you need to bring up and tailor things towards that. A coach will need to see what you're doing which is why you need the human eye and coaches will always exist. You can get the best program chatGPT has ever created but if you aren't bench pressing efficiently and there's one small leak in the chain, you will always hit a plateau in strength due to that no matter how well you follow the program.
Imagine this for multiple lifts and in different areas from training to nutrition and recovery.
Different story if you just wanted some generic fat loss result where you don't care about strength. I'm sure you could use it to get some average results but if you're here you seek better than average results.
